Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every item is printed on demand when you order, which takes 2 to 5 business days. US delivery then usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships you'll get an email with tracking. If several items are printed at different facilities they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Wrong address

Orders go to print quickly, so please double-check your shipping address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order is printed we can't change the address.
